This evening on Piers Morgan Tonight, Jennifer Lawrence watched for the first time video of her ‘wardrobe malfunction’ at the SAG awards where she won for best actress for her performance in the Silver Linings Playbook.  Lawrence gave Piers and director David O. With Super Bowl XLVII less than three days away, on Thursday evening Piers Morgan huddled up with one of his newest colleagues, Rachel Nichols, welcoming CNN's brand new sports anchor and reporter to his program and to the network.

On the show, Nichols previewed her interview with Archie Manning, father of two great quarterbacks, Eli and Payton, about his thought on what the Harbaugh family may be experiencing.  Nichols also discusses her visit, last year, to the Harbaugh home.

CNN's Ivan Watson promoted to Senior International Correspondent

CNN's Ivan Watson (@IvanCNN) has been promoted to Senior International Correspondent, it was announced today by Parisa Khosravi, Senior Vice President of International Newsgathering for CNN Worldwide.

Watson, who is based at CNN Istanbul, joined the network four years ago and has since covered a number of major news events like the Haiti earthquake in 2010 and the Arab Spring. He's most recently reported from Syria, and has extensively covered the the impact that story has made in Turkey and the surrounding region.

HBO's 'Gloria: In Her Own Words' encores on CNN, Saturday, Feb. 9 at 7:30pm ET/PT

Gloria Steinem, an icon of the feminist movement for over 40 years, tells the story of her life and life's work as an activist and pivotal force behind the modern Women’s Liberation Movement.

Steinem today remains one of the most outspoken and visible symbols of the women’s movement.  This biographical documentary is told in Steinem's own words,  as she describes her life's mission to fight for equal rights for women in America and around the world.

'Gloria: In Her Own Words' was produced by HBO Documentary Films.  The 90-minute presentation will air on CNN/U.S. on Sunday, February 9 at 7:30pm and 10:30pm ET & PT.

On Piers Morgan Tonight, Piers sat down for a rare exclusive interview with Joe Jackson, the father of legendary pop icon Michael Jackson, and his former manager Dieter Wiesner.

In the interview Jackson opened up about the day he heard about his son’s death, he said “The saddest part about the whole thing was Michael tried to reach me.  He says, ‘call my father’—this was before he passed – ‘he would know how to get me out of this.’”  The elder Jackson also talked Michael life towards the end, saying “They treated him like Howard Hughes…the family couldn’t get to him, you know, like they should have.  And that was very wrong for that to happen.”
