Piers Morgan Tonight: Rob Lowe on the GOP

Last night, Actor Rob Lowe was a guest on “Piers Morgan Tonight” and he handicaps the 2012 GOP field. “I’m not so sure any party should pick a candidate based solely on whether they can beat the other candidate,” Lowe tells Piers Morgan. “I think it should be about what the person stands for and where they’re going to take the country.”

He also talks about what would happen if it ends up being Mitt Romney vs. Pres.Barack Obama. “I think it would be a high level of discourse,” says Lowe.
