Gov. Jindal: Congress like “kids” procrastinating on homework

Governor Bobby Jindal (R-LA) sat down with “New Day” Anchor Kate Bolduan to talk government shutdown and debt ceiling.

“We need structural changes in D.C….. I don’t mean to insult my kids, but it’s almost like kids and their homework,” Gov. Jindal said. “You know, D.C. is — it’s almost that they’ll never do it, you can tell kids, my kids, anyway, you’ve got a week to do a report. All seems to happen the night before.”
