Lifeguard fired for saving a life declines returning to job

Tonight on OutFront, CNN’s Erin Burnett spoke to Tomas Lopez, the south Florida lifeguard fired for disregarding a protected area so he could save a swimmer outside that zone.  Also joining Burnett and Lopez was Jeff Ellis, owner of Jeff Ellis Management, the company for which Lopez worked.  During the interview Ellis formally offers Lopez his job back again, and though humbled, Lopez declined the offer.
