Sheriff: ’15-20% of community affected’ by tornado

Live from Harrisburg, IL, CNN anchor Soledad O’Brien interviews Sheriff Keith Brown of Saline County on the emergency response efforts and the damage caused by the devastating EF-4 tornado.

Brown says, “I would say 15 percent to 20 percent of the community has been very impacted by this [tornado].”
