CNN International at Davos 2012

Summit to pose crucial questions at time of global crisis

With many of the world’s biggest economies facing unprecedented challenges, delegates are arriving at this year’s World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

What are the best hopes for Davos 2012?  Who will be the major players at the event, and what are their remits?  What will business want to see from government and what will governments hope to see in return?

From the heart of Davos itself, CNN provides daily live coverage led by two of CNN’s   leading business anchors, Richard Quest and John Defterios, from Monday 23 January – Friday 27 January.

Both correspondents will front CNN’s live key prime-time business output from the World Economic Forum across the day.

They will be joined by Fareed Zakaria, Editor-at-Large of TIME Magazine and host of CNN’s ‘Fareed Zakaria GPS’, plus CNN Money anchor and business correspondent, Poppy Harlow, who will interview economist Nouriel Roubini, Citigroup CEO Vikram Pandit, Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan as well as Bill Gates. Further details and analysis can be found at www.cnnmoney.com

At such a crucial period for the global economy, and with most key business leaders in the world gathered in one place, CNN has unique access to those making decisions, and will ask vital questions about the year ahead, the challenges that global instability brings, and examine the tactics that could be employed to tackle the crisis.
