Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker talks to CNN’s Erin Burnett about facing a recall battle after he cut state spending and reformed collective bargaining.  Gov. Walker said that he believes there is a “likelihood they will get the signatures” but doesn’t believe they will be successful in recalling him.
