Last night on “Piers Morgan Tonight” Matthew Chance described his encounter with Moammar Gadhafi’s son, Saif al-Islam Gadhafi in Libya.  He called the encounter “very strange” and confirmed that Saif al-Islam Gadhafi is in fact free and “driving around Tripoli”
