Crisis in Somalia: Dr. Sanjay Gupta reports

CNN chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta describes the famine and refugee camps along the border between Kenya and Somalia.

A special edition of SANJAY GUPTA, M.D. from Somalia will air on Saturday, Aug. 13 and Sunday, Aug. 14 at 7:30am ET.  Dr. Gupta speaks with a family that walked for over a month with three sick children to reach the camps –- only to be robbed just prior to reaching relative safety.  Also, Dr. Gupta interviews relief worker and former journalist Canadian Amanda Lindhout, who was held in captivity in Somalia for 15 months before her release in 2009, but remains dedicated to the nation, and her inspiration behind her founding of a nonprofit to bring aid to Somalians.
