Musharraf pens exclusive op-ed for CNN.com

In an exclusive piece for CNN Opinion, former Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf says that Pakistan is a victim of terrorism and is certainly not the perpetrator – and the earlier we mend fences, the better for Pakistan, the U.S. and the world. He suggests that the United States’ strategic shift of policy toward India damaged the relationship between the U.S. and Pakistan; and that there is an acute deficit of trust between the U.S. and Pakistan at all levels of government.
