Cecile Richards: “No Federal Funds Pay for Abortions”

Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards responds to claims that her organization uses funding for abortions. Richards says it is such a misstatement to say that and clarifies that “no federal funds pay for abortion either at Planned Parenthood or any hospital in America.”
