Spitzer, Rep. Akin spar over GOP budget plan

“In the Arena” host Eliot Spitzer slams Rep. Todd Akin (R-MI) about Medicaid cuts in Rep. Paul Ryan’s GOP budget plan, which equal the $800 billion tax cuts for wealthy Americans that Akin voted for in December 2010.
