LeBron James Sits Down with CNN’s Rachel Nichols

CNN sports anchor Rachel Nichols sits down with LeBron James, and the two discuss everything from his family life in Cleveland and what it means to be in the playoffs to maintaining his body with cryotherapy and his upcoming Hollywood debut.

James also talks about how he is handling the “older brother role” he has grown into since rejoining the Cavaliers. Both James and the Cavaliers are preparing for the 2015 NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors.

“You know, in Miami, it was myself and D. Wade.  We shared that leadership. And I knew coming here that I would have to be the sole leader. I knew one thing that I knew I had to work on — and I’m always working on every day– is my patience… So I almost had to go back to having my first child, and understanding, ‘Okay, this is a kid.  And they have to learn.  And you have to be patient with them.  And then at some point, they’ll start to get it.’”

The full interview airs on All Access at the NBA Finals: A CNN Bleacher Report Special this Saturday, June 6th at 2:30pmET on CNN.

During the 30-minute special, viewers will hear from Cavaliers head coach David Blatt and Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, and get an in-depth look at Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors. Grant Hill and Steve Smith join Nichols as co-hosts to give a behind-the-scenes look at the games, personalities and celebration that extends beyond the court.
