A CNNMoney Analysis: Women in the C-Suite

A CNNMoney analysis shows women hold just 5 percent of CEO jobs at large companies and the pipeline of talent behind them is small. Out of the top 5 positions at S&P 500 companies, CNNMoney found that only 14.2 percent of leadership positions are held by women. Studying data provided by company filings and Markit, CNNMoney’s Matt Egan highlights how few women are coming up the ranks.
