On AC360: Partner of Ebola Victim Thomas Duncan Pleads for Help From Quarantine

Louise, the partner of Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan, spoke with Anderson Cooper again from quarantine in an undisclosed location. During the call, Louise repeatedly pleads for the American government to help, stating that Duncan’s condition has been “elevated from critical to worse.”

In the interview that aired exclusively on AC360, Anderson asks Louise for updates on their quarantine and health conditions as well as the status of Duncan’s treatment.

“I am worried. I am sad. You don’t know how frustrated I am. I’m just asking God and asking the American government – the same medicine they’re giving people that come from Liberia… the people with Ebola that came… please help him save his life. He is too young to die,” said Louise.

Anderson also asks about the circumstances surrounding Duncan’s departure from Liberia and travel to the United Statues.
