CNN Top Winner at 2013 NAMIC Vision Awards

This year, CNN was the top winner at the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) 19th Annual Vision Awards.  NAMIC Vision Awards recognize original, multi-platform television programming that depicts the lives, spirit and contributions of people of color and best reflects the diversity of the global viewing audience.  A total of 13 networks were honored in the 20 award categories.

“It is truly gratifying for CNN’s reporting to be recognized by NAMIC, underscoring our commitment to include diversity of voices across our many platforms,” said Jeff Zucker, President, CNN Worldwide. “ We thank NAMIC for this honor.”

 The network garnered four awards in the categories below:
