Menachem Lieberman was told to pick out the guy “ with the biggest nose” from the lineup which included suspects in the killing of a Brooklyn rabbi. Today, David Ranta is free after 23 years behind bars because Lieberman revealed that a detective told him who to pick in the lineup. Lieberman said he  “ was too young to realize that this was a set up” and decided to speak up after all these years because this was “ something that bothered me very much.”
