Christiane Amanpour hosts Election Day special, ‘America’s Next President – High Stakes for the World’
As the 2012 American campaign draws to a close, CNN’s Christiane Amanpour hosts a special LIVE one-hour American election night edition of Amanpour on CNN International. Amanpour will speak with CNN chief political correspondent, and moderator of the second presidential debate, Candy Crowley about the final hours of the long American campaign. Amanpour will also speak with historians and experts on the top issues facing the 2012 American electorate, and ask them to weigh in with analysis of the legacy of the two men vying for America’s top political office, the challenges likely to face the next U.S. president, and what the balance of power in the American Congress may mean for the Unite States and the rest of the world:
