CNN Brings Election Night in America to Times Square

Outdoor Viewing Locations Available in Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, Las Vegas to Watch Election Night in America

Tomorrow, CNN will bring Election Night in America to the corner of 47th Street and Broadway in New York City. The Times Square viewing event will be open to the public beginning at 4 p.m. ET on a first-come, first-served basis. Spectators may attend to watch CNN’s coverage on three jumbo screens, share their Election Day stories via iReport, play election trivia and create mementoes at the social media-enabled photo booth on-site. CNN-branded food carts will serve coffee, hot chocolate, pretzels and hot dogs to attendees.

In addition, CNN en Español will host special broadcast coverage of the U.S presidential election from CNN Worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, starting at 6 p.m. ET.

Below are additional outdoor viewing locations across the country where CNN’s coverage will be available to the public:

  • Chicago: CNN will provide the largest screen in the city for free public viewing at Thompson Center Plaza. Viewing of the network’s Election Night in America coverage begins at 3 p.m. CT.
  • Boston: CNN will provide a large screen for free public viewing at the iconic Faneuil Hall Marketplace, where a never seen before sneak preview of Blink!, a holiday light and sound extravaganza, will be available for passersby.
  • Las Vegas: CNN’s Election Night in America coverage will air beginning at 3 p.m. PT on the oversized video screens at the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on the Vegas Strip.
  • Los Angeles: At Grand Park, CNN’s Election Night in America coverage will air at the city-sponsored watch party beginning at 5 p.m. PT.
  • PLUS: In airports across America, travelers can watch as the results come in via the CNN Airport Network.
