Jill Biden on partisan politics, ‘clear choice’ for 2012 election, WI recall election

Jill Biden, wife of Vice President Joe Biden, sits down with CNN’s Soledad O’Brien on Starting Point to talk about the ‘clear choice’ between President Obama and GOP hopeful Mitt Romney, Wisconsin recall election, partisan politics, 2016 presidential election, Saturday Night Live parody of her husband and her new children’s book – Don’t Forget, God Bless Our Troops.

On Wisconsin recall election, Jill Biden says, “We were disappointed by the outcome.”

On Vice President Biden running for president in 2016, she adds, “I think Joe would be a great President. I supported him twice – in 1987 I was out there campaigning, the last election I was out there campaigning. And of course [President] Barack [Obama] must have thought he would be a good president too, or he wouldn’t have chosen him as vice president.”

Starting Point with Soledad O’Brien airs weekday mornings from 7-9am ET on CNN.
