CNN Presents April 22: rape at military academies, saving chimps, & stem cell surgery for baseball’s Nitkowski

CNN’s Drew Griffin and Randi Kaye host a three-story magazine special including an investigation by correspondent John Zarrella into nearly one thousand chimpanzees cooped up in cages for research, and the fight by the group Save the Chimps to rescue them.  CNN Newsroom anchor Kyra Phillips reports on how some rape investigations have been handled at America’s military academies.  Drew Griffin reports on how far a 39-year-old former major league pitcher, C.J. Nitkowski, will go in order to play in the big leagues for one more season.  Nitkowski undergoes a risky stem cell procedure aimed at repairing his injured shoulder.
