Ugandan President Museveni: “the problem is with exhibitionism…”

In an exclusive interview with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni on the Wednesday, April 18 edition of Amanpour, Museveni answered direct questions about controversial policies supported by his government that many people inside and outside of Uganda blame for inciting harassment and even violence against homosexuals.  Museveni also maintained that before contact with Europeans, there were few homosexuals in Africa and that homosexuals have not be targeted for persecution or murder in Uganda.
