AC360: The New Black Panther Party's reward for Trayvon Martin's shooter

A member of the New Black Panthers believes in 'an eye for an eye' even if Trayvon Martin's family doesn't. The group is offering a $10,000 reward for the capture of George Zimmerman.

In a heated interview, Anderson Cooper questions their leader, Mikhail Muhammad, about their motives and the fact that the Martin family does not like or approve of their words and actions.

Sanford city manager: Decision about the future of Chief Lee pending review

Norton Bonaparte, Jr., Sanford city manager, appears on Starting Point with Soledad O’Brien to discuss the Trayvon Martin case, Sanford rally planned for today and future of Police Chief Bill Lee, Jr., who stepped down from the case.

When asked if he has the authorization to fire Lee, Bonaparte says, “Yes, I do. And people have questioned me about that…. I’ve asked for an independent review by a law enforcement entity to come and tell me how did the Sanford Police Department do. Based upon that information and when I have that information, then I’ll certainly be in a position to make a determination about the future of Chief Lee as well as the entire Sanford Police Department.”
