Sen. Pat Toomey: We have to make budget changes

Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA) joins CNN anchor Soledad O’Brien and the Starting Point panel to talk about his budget proposal in comparison to President Obama’s budget.

O’Brien asks him specifically about child credit and mortgage interest deduction limits.

On Medicare, Toomey says, “I just don’t think it makes sense to continue this universal entitlement that’s growing faster than our economy can possibly grow.”
