Romney: Perry & Gingrich are going to be the witnesses for the prosecution (Pres. Obama)

Fresh from a win in the New Hampshire primary, GOP hopeful Mitt Romney talks to CNN anchor Soledad O’Brien about Bain Capital criticism, his stance on abortion and DNC remarks.

Romney says, “I understand that President Obama is going to try and put free enterprise on trial. But, you know, Rick Perry and Newt Gingrich are going to be the witnesses for the prosecution. I'm not worried about that. They can take it as they like. But you saw last night that that approach didn't work very well for either Rick Perry or Newt Gingrich.”

Starting Point with Soledad O’Brien air weekdays at 7-9am ET on CNN.
