RICK SANTORUM (R), PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: I just felt like I was punched in the gut.  I — I couldn’t believe it.  I mean I — you just don’t want to believe it.  You just — you just can’t think that, obviously, an institution that is your alma mater, you love and that you — you support, could do something like that. But it was a systemic failure.  I mean from the — from the — from the graduate assistant who just inexplicably could witness something like this and do nothing, I mean do nothing at the moment, much less do nothing afterwards.  To me, it’s just — I don’t know — I don’t know what’s being taught up there anymore.
