CNN contributor believes Cain is not able

Though the Republican Party’s enthusiasm for Herman Cain is climbing, CNN contributor David Frum says Cain cannot be the next President of the United States. Why? Frum argues that Cain has never held an executive office ‘at any level of government’, and says voters have historically demanded more public office experience from their candidates. Frum then goes on to criticize the rest of the GOP candidate pool’s lack of qualifications and concludes his article by claiming “the competency primary was canceled”.
