Piers Morgan Tonight: Rudy Giuliani says President Obama made the economy worse

Last night, Rudy Giuliani was a guest on “Piers Morgan Tonight” in reaction to Wolf Blitzer‘s sit-down with President Barack Obama yesterday. He tells Piers that the President has made the economy worse.  “I think he’s been the worst president we’ve had since before Jimmy Carter,” Giuliani said.
