Lightning strike during interview in Joplin

During the May 23 edition of Piers Morgan Tonight, Piers interviewed Anderson Cooper, live from Joplin, Missouri. During the interview, an enormous lightning bolt struck, followed by a loud thunderclap that startled both hosts. Watch the video for why Cooper says the area looks "post-apocalyptic."
