Sen. Mike Lee: use 2004 figures to fix budget

On “Parker Spitzer,” Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) proposes going back to a base budget, using 2004 figures, to cut federal spending and deficit, saying “We’ve got to draw the line.” Also, Lee will filibuster the vote on raising the debt ceiling.
