From Oprah’s mouth to our ears: “CNN, very good job hiring that Piers!”

By now, you know that Oprah Winfrey will be the first guest on Piers Morgan Tonight on Jan. 17 at 9p ET. Well, while Oprah was doing her own appearance at the Television Critics Association yesterday, she was asked how the interview went with Piers. “That’s one of the toughest interviews I’ve had in 20 years,” she said. “I’m not kidding. I was surprised, let’s just say that.”
